Cleaning is carried out in strict accordance with the ‘Schedule of Duties’ that is provided with every quote and approved by you prior to the contract commencement. Naresh is originally from Fiji and joined CrestClean in 2014. With a background as a professional sign writer, he has a keen eye for detail. In the cleaning industry he quickly gained a reputation for the high quality of his work and excellent customer service.

Yes. We assess your premises and discuss how each area is used before recommending a cleaning plan. You’ll receive a clear Schedule of Duties outlining what will be cleaned, how often it will be completed and the agreed service times.
Wherever possible, your premises will be looked after by the same owner-operated cleaning team. This provides greater consistency, helps the team become familiar with your site and gives them a personal interest in maintaining high standards.
Our cleaning teams follow standardised cleaning processes and use colour-coded microfibre cloths for different areas of your premises. This helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination between spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens and general work areas.
Let us know, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Your local Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and reliability of your service and will ensure any concerns are followed up.
All CrestClean personnel are security vetted, wear uniforms and carry photo identification. Site access requirements, alarm procedures, keys and restricted areas are discussed and documented before the service begins.
