They are responsible for assuring the quality and reliability of our cleaning services. Cleaning is carried out in strict accordance with the ‘Schedule of Duties’ that is provided with every quote and approved by you prior to the contract commencement. Cleaning service times are agreed in advance and the itemised schedule ensures you get exactly what you need.

Commercial Window Cleaning
CrestClean’s Commercial Window Cleaning service provides cost-effective window cleaning for buildings up to four storeys high. No chemicals are used in Pure Water Window Cleaning, which is both economical and environmentally responsible. With the latest carbon fibre extendable poles we will clean windows up to four storeys high without using lifting platforms or ladders, making Pure Water a safer alternative to other commercial window cleaning operations.

Supported by the latest equipment, regular quality audits and oversight from your local Regional Manager, this comprehensive approach is what we call The CrestClean Standard.
Wherever possible, your premises will be looked after by the same owner-operated cleaning team. This provides greater consistency, helps the team become familiar with your site and gives them a personal interest in maintaining high standards.
Let us know, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Your local Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and reliability of your service and will ensure any concerns are followed up.
Yes. We assess your premises and discuss how each area is used before recommending a cleaning plan. You’ll receive a clear Schedule of Duties outlining what will be cleaned, how often it will be completed and the agreed service times.
All CrestClean personnel are security vetted, wear uniforms and carry photo identification. Site access requirements, alarm procedures, keys and restricted areas are discussed and documented before the service begins.
Please tell us about any known sensitivities or site-specific requirements during the initial assessment. Your Regional Manager can review the products and cleaning methods used and discuss an appropriate approach for your workplace. Our cleaning chemicals are licensed by Eco Choice Aotearoa, and are biodegradable, have low environmental impact, and contain no carcinogens, heavy metals or harmful toxins – making them among the safest commercially available cleaning products. Safety Data Sheets are maintained for every site within the on-site HSEMS booklet, and full versions can be downloaded via QR code, so your staff can review the exact ingredients on any product used on your premises.
Yes, depending on the area and its requirements. Restricted, sensitive or specialist areas are identified during the site assessment so that appropriate access, training, safety procedures and cleaning methods can be agreed before work begins.
