Appraisal and quotation process
We provide a consultative quotation – all property care tasks are defined and ordered into a schedule of duties, with regular, seasonal and periodic tasks. The schedule of duties forms the basis for an annual service on a contract arrangement.
Security Vetting
Our screening procedures and Security Vetting provide customers with confidence in the honesty and integrity of the people cleaning their premises. All team members undergo a Ministry of Justice criminal record check, and a confirmation of good character by personal referees. The MoJ checks are conducted every 3 years to maintain a ‘Permitted Worker’ status.
