Contract Commercial Cleaning
Your local CrestClean teams are experts at contract cleaning. Our Regional Managers provide your single point of contact.
They are responsible for assuring the quality and reliability of our cleaning services. Cleaning is carried out in strict accordance with the ‘Schedule of Duties’ that is provided with every quote and approved by you prior to the contract commencement. Cleaning service times are agreed in advance and the itemised schedule ensures you get exactly what you need.

Commercial Window Cleaning
CrestClean’s Commercial Window Cleaning service provides cost-effective window cleaning for buildings up to four storeys high.
No chemicals are used in Pure Water Window Cleaning, which is both economical and environmentally responsible. With the latest carbon fibre extendable poles we will clean windows up to four storeys high without using lifting platforms or ladders, making Pure Water a safer alternative to other commercial window cleaning operations.
Hygiene Consumables and Services
Through our partnership with Alsco Uniforms and Fresh & Clean we offer an extensive range of consumables, hygiene solutions, and rental equipment with an efficient pick-up and delivery service.
We can also arrange hassle-free installation of new hand towel and soap dispensers – often free of charge!
Sanitising Service
Sanitising high-touch surfaces improves workplace hygiene. We use a 2-step process where surfaces are first cleaned to remove soil and biofilm build-up, and then sanitiser is applied.
The service is carried out at agreed frequencies i.e. daily, 3 x weekly, or weekly, in addition to our standard cleaning services.
Property Caretaking
Crest PropertyCare provides reliable property care services for businesses, organisations and schools. Commercial buildings and business premises need regular exterior maintenance to improve their presentation.
